About the Role :

Accura Healthcare is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining fieldwork and office work, so candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel to meet clients, build relationships, and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Visit prospective and existing clients as part of regular field activities.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

  • Understand client requirements, interpret underlying needs, and provide suitable solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records and submit regular activity reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification:

  • 12th Pass

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.

  • Strong observation and analytical skills with the ability to read between the lines and understand client expectations beyond what is explicitly stated.

  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

  • Previous experience in sales or business development will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
