Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join

our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and

eager to contribute to the growth of our academy. The successful candidate will play a key role

in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

We will provide training and support to help you succeed in this dynamic role.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

● Focus on customer needs and relationship building.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the academy’s reach.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, corporate partners, and

community organizations.

● Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional

strategies.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business

development efforts.

● Provide regular reports on business development progress and performance to senior

management.

● Support in organizing promotional events, workshops, and community outreach

programs.
