We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the growth of our firm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and business development, with the ability to understand and promote our services effectively.
Identify and connect with prospective clients across target sectors.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and client expectations.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for business pitches.
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and well-organized.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Experience of working in an Architectural, Engineering, or Interior Design firm will be strongly preferred.
Understanding of design services, project cycles, and industry terminology will be an advantage.
Salary: Rs. 30,000 to 40,000 per month (pay scale can be increased for the preferred candidate)
