Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, assist clients in choosing the right property, conduct site visits, and close sales while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound property enquiries.
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, and investment goals).
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and conduct site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client handling and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
- Confidence in presenting properties.
- Ability to build trust and close deals.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
