The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily within the education sector. This role demands a confident mindset, strategic thinking, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
š Lead Generation & Prospecting
⢠Identify and research potential clients: schools, colleges, universities, and other edu-cational institutions
⢠Maintain a structured database of leads and potential opportunities
š Client Outreach
⢠Connect with prospects via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
⢠Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client requirements
š Proposal Development
⢠Develop tailored marketing proposals based on client needs
⢠Deliver engaging presentations and strategy pitches
š¼ Service Pitching
⢠Clearly explain our digital marketing solutions and value proposition
⢠Customize offerings to align with each clientās goals and challenges
š Follow-Ups & Relationship Management
⢠Regularly follow up with prospects and share timely updates, proposals, or remind-ers
⢠Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success
š Closing Deals
⢠Negotiate terms, address objections, and close deals confidently
⢠Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills Required:
⢠Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
⢠Prior experience in business development or sales (education sector preferred)
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⢠Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
⢠Proactive, confident, and goal-oriented
⢠Ability to work independently and handle pressure
⢠Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary
⢠Freshers are also preferred
