We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential learner
● Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
● Understand client needs and suggest suitable certification/training programs
● Effectively communicate program features, pricing, and benefits to prospective learners
● Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and corporate clients
● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and certification changes
● Any Bachelors’ Degree.
● 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in EdTech or certification sales is a plus)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
● Self-motivated and target-driven
● Good organizational skills and attention to detail
● Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
