We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Assistant to support our sales and operations team. The candidate will manage documentation, client coordination, quotation preparation, and order processing related to electrical products such as generators, transformers, solar systems, and related equipment.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Maintain and update customer and vendor databases.
Coordinate with the field sales team to follow up on leads and orders.
Support tender submissions and maintain documentation for sales projects.
Track dispatches, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
Manage records of sales performance, client communication, and reports.
Assist in marketing activities like email campaigns and promotional postings.
Coordinate with accounts for billing and GST-related documentation.
Graduate in Commerce / Electrical / Business Administration (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in back-office or sales coordination roles.
Basic understanding of electrical products like DG sets, panels, and solar systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
