We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate with prior experience in the EdTech industry to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets.
Counsel students and parents on academic programs and learning solutions
Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective sales discussions
Manage inbound and outbound leads generated via marketing channels
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain accurate data and follow-ups using CRM tools
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the EdTech sector
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in student counseling, admissions, or course sales
Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Exposure to K12, Test Prep, Higher Education, or Skill Development programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
