Job Summary:
As a BDA, you'll drive business growth by generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation and prospecting
2. Outreach and engagement (calls, emails, meetings)
3. Sales conversion and meeting targets
4. Relationship building and management
5. Collaborating with internal teams
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
7. Proper counselling and guidance to the students/ Learner's in regard to the courses available and the benefits that these courses provide in the long run.
8. Negotiating with students to provide the most attractive prices for them.
Requirements:
1. 0-2 years of experience in sales/BD
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills
4. Passion for EdTech and innovation
5. Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
6. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
