Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) / Field Sales Executive
Location: West Bengal
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Field Sales / Business Development
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In-hand + Incentives

Requirements:

Own bike and valid driving license
Must be local to West Bengal
Good communication skills
Comfortable with daily field visits
Bengali and Hindi proficiency preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits
Meet retailers, dealers, and shopkeepers
Achieve sales and onboarding targets
Maintain client relationships
