Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, content, and lead generation while working directly with the Founder. Your primary goal will be to help build and move our sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, running outreach campaigns, nurturing leads, and supporting pitches and proposals. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates or business students seeking to establish a strong foundation in B2B sales, marketing, and client engagement within the IT / Digital Services space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for target markets.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand client pain points, industries, and opportunities.

  • Support lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), ensuring clean and updated data.

  • Run outreach and follow-up with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  • Contribute to content and marketing assets: LinkedIn posts, email copy, proposals, case studies, and pitch decks.

  • Help design and execute outbound and inbound campaigns for defined customer segments.

  • Join the Founder on discovery calls, demos, pitches, and client meetings; support with notes, proposals, and action items.

  • Track and report weekly on leads, activities, and pipeline status, including insights and suggestions for improvement


Requirements

  • Recent MBA graduate or current MBA / PGDM student in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field.

  • Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing strategies, content creation, and client relationship management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, concise messages.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to research, interpret data, and convert it into actionable insights.

  • High ownership, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

  • Basic understanding of IT / Digital Services or SaaS is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace (or similar tools) is a plus; training will be provided.

  • Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (aligned with international client time zones).
