Business Developer

The Company is a growing Preventive and Lifestyle Healthcare Organization working towards improving awareness and access to preventive healthcare through Mission DIMBHA – Diabetes Mukt, Healthy Bharat Abhiyan.

Our work focuses on health awareness, preventive health screening, lifestyle education, structured health improvement programs, community healthcare initiatives and institutional collaborations. We work with individuals, healthcare professionals, corporates, educational institutions and communities to build a sustainable preventive healthcare.

### Position Details

* Position: Business Executive

* Employment Type: Full-Time

* Location: Pune / Pune Region

* Monthly CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Performance Incentives

* Probation: 3 Months

* Company Bond: 18 Months

* Current Requirement: 5 Positions

The final CTC will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, communication skills, capabilities and overall performance during the selection process.

### Key Responsibilities

* Build relationships with corporates, colleges, societies, NGOs and other institutions.

* Generate leads and identify opportunities for WWClinics–DIMBHA programs and collaborations.

* Coordinate health awareness programs, health camps and institutional activities.

* Conduct meetings, presentations and systematic follow-ups with prospective partners.

* Support the overall business development and expansion of WWClinics.

### Candidate Profile

* Business / Management-related degree such as BBA, BMS, MBA, PGDM or equivalent.

* Freshers and recent graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.

* Interest in Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations and Healthcare.

* Comfortable with field visits, institutional meetings and external interactions.

* Candidates must be available for full-time employment and should not be simultaneously engaged in another full-time job.
