Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at The Entertainment Factory. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

  • Present and promote our services to prospective customers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches based on client needs.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience Range: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in the entertainment, events, or media industry).

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • A customer-first approach with the ability to build long-term partnerships.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
