This is not just a sales role; it's a leadership opportunity. We are seeking a strategic and hungry Business Development Manager to own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You will be the face of nineerial, identifying new revenue streams, forging lasting partnerships, and directly impacting our market expansion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through a mix of inbound leads, outbound outreach (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn), and networking.

  • Client-Centric Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls and presentations to understand client challenges, positioning nineerial's digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development) as the definitive solution.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, accurately forecasting monthly/quarterly sales.

  • Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling and customized proposals, scopes of work, and contracts that clearly articulate value and ROI.

  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the market, providing feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape our service offerings.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Founders) to become their go-to digital partner.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Proven track record of 1+ years in B2B business development or sales, specifically within a digital marketing agency or IT services company.

  • A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Development).

  • A hunter mentality with a documented history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—you can articulate complex digital concepts with clarity and confidence.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • A strategic thinker who sees the "big picture" but is also relentless in execution.
