Job Description:

NetTech India is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for visiting colleges, coordinating job fairs, and building strong institutional partnerships. The role focuses on student engagement, placement tie-ups, and expanding NetTech’s presence across educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges, institutes, and universities for job fairs, seminars, and placement drives

• Build and maintain relationships with TPOs, placement officers, principals, and faculty members

• Promote NetTech India’s training programs, placement services, and corporate tie-ups

• Coordinate and execute job fairs, campus drives, career awareness sessions, and workshops

• Collect and manage student data and leads during college visits and events

• Ensure follow-ups with colleges for MoUs, collaborations, and recurring events

• Achieve monthly college outreach and lead generation targets

• Work closely with internal HR, training, and placement teams

• Prepare visit reports and maintain records of meetings and outcomes

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
