JOB PURPOSE
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new
business opportunities in the talent and entertainment industry. This includes working with artists, talent
managers, production houses, corporate clients, and event organizers to generate business, increase revenue
streams, and expand the company’s presence in the entertainment market.
KEY
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the talent & entertainment sector (live shows, brand collaborations, corporate events, endorsements, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with artists, clients, agencies, and production partners.
Pitch talent and entertainment services to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
Negotiate contracts, sponsorships, and deals while ensuring profitability and brand positioning.
Collaborate with the internal creative, production, and operations teams for seamless execution of projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the entertainment & talent domain.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
Meet revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
