Business Developer

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, client-handling, lead-generation, and sales skills, with a proven ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct client meetings and understand their business requirements.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.

• Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and sales performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good negotiation and client-management abilities.

• Strong lead-generation and conversion skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Candidates who have experience in B2B sales or corporate client acquisition will be preferred.
