As a Business Developer, your primary responsibility will be to generate new client leads, build strong relationships, and convert prospects into paying clients. Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.)
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Pitch services effectively and close new business deals.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate them to internal teams.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Minimum education: 12th Pass
6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic understanding of digital marketing, web/app development (preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable with commission-based compensation
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
