Business Developer

Location: PAN India (As per requirement)

Role Overview We are looking for passionate and growth-driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to expand our network of partner schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1) Conduct research to identify potential clients, including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions that could benefit from our STEM programs.

2) Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

3) Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs and present our solutions.

4) Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and impact of our STEM education offerings.

5) Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific requirements and challenges.

6) Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

7) Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

8) Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets and opportunities for expanding our STEM education programs, both locally and regionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related Field.

• 0-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education or edtech sector. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.

• Open to travel pan-India. Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Lucknow, Ahemdabad, Banglore

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
