Job Description

Atoot Saathi Marriage Bureau is looking for an experienced and capable professional who can help establish and grow a new matrimonial business into a strong, organised and successful operation.

We are looking for someone with at least 7–8 years of practical experience in the matrimonial/marriage bureau industry, preferably with reputed platforms or organisations such as BharatMatrimony, Jeevansathi, Shaadi.com, or other established matrimonial companies.

This is not a routine operations role. We need someone who can take responsibility for building and managing the business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage the overall matrimonial business operations.

Develop proper systems and processes for lead management, follow-ups, profile handling and customer service.

Handle and guide Sales, Operations, Customer Relationship and Business Development activities.

Build strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion.

Communicate effectively with candidates and their families.

Develop strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

Build, train and manage a sales/operations team.

Set targets for the team and ensure achievement of business goals.

Develop follow-up and conversion processes for matrimonial leads.

Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

Help establish a structured workflow for candidate registrations, matchmaking and customer handling.

Take ownership of operational problems and provide practical solutions.

Work closely with management to establish Atoot Saathi as a trusted matrimonial brand.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in the matrimonial/marriage bureau industry.

Strong preference for candidates who have worked with established matrimonial companies such as BharatMatrimony, Jeevansathi, Shaadi.com or similar organisations.

Strong understanding of Sales, Operations, Customer Relationship Management and Business Development.

Experience in matrimonial lead generation, follow-up and conversion.

Ability to build systems and processes for a new business.

Experience in recruiting, training and managing teams.

Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Ability to deal professionally with candidates and families.

Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.

Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Must be willing to take responsibility and ownership of results.
