Job Description:-
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives/Sales Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, explaining our franchise model, closing deals, taking meetings, and encouraging leads to invest in the franchise opportunity. Responsibilities :-

• Franchise Explanation: Clearly explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, and operational benefits.
• Follow-up: Stay in touch with leads, provide more information, and track progress toward closing deals.
• Sales Conversion: Close leads and convert them into franchisees by guiding them through the entire process.
• Taking Meetings: Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with interested leads to present the franchise opportunity and answer queries.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position the franchise effectively.
• Phone and Presentation Skills: Ability to engage with leads effectively over the phone and deliver impactful presentations during meetings.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across India for site surveys, face-to-face meetings, presenting company proposals, and collecting payments. All travel expenses are covered by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
