Job Description: Admission Counselor - Techiegigs (Delhi)

Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, East Delhi

Nearest Metro Stations: Anand Vihar, IP Extension

Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday to Sunday (Monday is the weekly off)

Responsibilities:

Counsel potential clients about Techiegigs' programs and guide them through the enrollment process.

Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups.

Support clients with application procedures, required documentation, and deadlines.

Build positive relationships with potential clients to boost enrollment.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
