Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Tvisha Technologies Pvt Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency.

• Assist in drafting functional specifications, workflows, and SOPs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, finance, HR) to ensure alignment.

• Monitor KPIs and track project progress against goals.

• Support implementation of business tools/software and provide user feedback.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
