Description: The Business Analysts will play a pivotal role in bridging global teams, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders in the US and India. Their expertise will be crucial in gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating pre-build and post-build activities, driving UAT cycles, and ensuring the successful execution of transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Act as a liaison between US (EST/PST) and India teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment. - Analyze and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Drive and support pre-build and post-build validation activities. - Lead UAT cycles, coordinate testing efforts, and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements. - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions. - Ensure continuous process improvements and contribute to business transformation goals. Seeking Business Analyst Level III to support Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives, aligning processes with the future-state vision and delivering progressive capabilities in each release. This role requires close collaboration with Functional Leads, Senior Analysts, and US counterparts, ensuring seamless execution of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. Responsibilities include leading business requirement gathering sessions, facilitating workshops, and engaging with subject matter experts to refine and document business needs. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and leading cross-functional meetings, documenting key decisions, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The candidate will work closely with Technical Architects and Product Managers to design and implement scalable, future-focused solutions, while also optimizing quoting, renewals, and contract management processes to drive operational efficiency. This position requires EST/PST coverage from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM or 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST to enable real-time collaboration with US teams. The candidate will be responsible for managing project escalations, tracking requirement delivery, monitoring cross-functional dependencies, and providing regular status updates. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for QTC systems and processes, the role includes maintaining a comprehensive repository of business rules and process flows, working with training specialists on change management materials, and supporting UAT and ad-hoc reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of business analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while proactively engaging with stakeholders to drive project success.
