2. Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential distributors for fertilizers, seeds, and cattle feed.

• Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, and farmer/retailer connections.

• Explain company product range, distributorship terms, and business benefits.

• Coordinate meetings between potential distributors and company management.

• Support documentation, KYC, and onboarding process for new distributors.

• Achieve monthly targets for distributor appointments.

• Maintain regular follow-up and relationship with leads.

• Submit daily/weekly field activity reports.

3. Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience in Agriculture / Fertilizer / Seed / Pesticide / FMCG sector (preferred but not compulsory).

• Strong networking ability in rural/agri markets.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to work on field.

• Smartphone and basic digital skills required.
