Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The role involves identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and building long-term customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and networking
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, Mutual Funds etc...)
Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
Generate leads and convert prospects into policyholders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
Assist customers with policy renewals, endorsements, and basic claims support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and any other degree.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office and MS Excel).
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is an advantage.
Experience 1–2 years in Insurence domain.
3+ years for senior or managerial roles.
