Business Advisor

Core Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  Proactively identify and research potential customers and new business opportunities through various channels. 

• Client Outreach:

  Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce products or services and build relationships. 

• Needs Assessment:

  Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products or services. 

• Sales & Closing:

  Present offerings, set up appointments or meetings, and work to close deals to convert prospects into paying customers. 

• Pipeline Management:

  Manage a sales pipeline, schedule follow-ups, and nurture leads to move them through the sales cycle. 

• CRM & Data Management:

  Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer databases, and track sales progress. 

• Goal Achievement:

  Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

• Collaboration:

  Work with marketing and other sales teams to align on strategies and improve overall sales performance.

  Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects effectively. 

• Persuasion & Negotiation:

  Ability to persuade potential clients and negotiate deals to achieve favorable outcomes. 

• Research Skills:

  Capacity to conduct market and prospect research to tailor outreach and pitches. 

• Target Orientation:

  A driven mindset to achieve sales goals and quotas. 

• Technical Proficiency:

  Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools for lead management and reporting. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Deep understanding of the company's products, services, and the competitive landscape.
