Your Job Description for BDM is in as follows:1. Develop contacts, leads, customers & network.2. Handle calls with customers, explain about our projects & sale available project (plot/Villa apartment).3. Follow up & engage with customers for sales. 4. Participate in site visits during Sunday for launch & invite customers for booking of plots.5. Handle customer queries smoothly, requirements during calls & visits.6. Understand the project details & collect the relevant information from each project.7. Handle every customer with care, polite & ensure customer is satisfied in our service.8. Appoint new channel partners / SM to increase the sales.9. Escalate any sensitive issues to senior / Management.10. Participate in events & support the team. 11. Prepare monthly reportAny other job requirements on need-based and as per the Management decision
