BTL Marketing Associate – Urban Company (Insta Help)

Urban Company is looking for BTL Marketing Associates to join our Insta Help team.
Your main work will be to visit gated societies, apartments, and complexes to explain and promote Urban Company’s Insta Help Maid Service Bundles to residents. The role is people-facing and involves on-ground field activity.

We are looking for confident individuals who can communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with customers.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)

• Travel Allowance Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Visit societies/apartments to promote Insta Help maid service bundles.

• Talk to residents and explain service benefits in simple language.

• Create interest and encourage customers to try our service.

• Build a good connection with residents and society staff.

• Share daily updates, learnings, and feedback with the team.

• Work closely with the Urban Company team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the brand professionally.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th accepted.

• 0–6+ years of experience (freshers are welcome).

• Must be comfortable doing field work in societies/apartments.

• Good communication skills and confidence while talking to people.

• Ability to maintain a positive approach and handle customer questions calmly.

• Having a bike or personal transport is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
