-Coordinating with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, production and finance to integrate product strategies and achieve business goals.
-Identifying and resolving product issues to maximise customer satisfaction.
-Assessing and measuring product performance using key metrics and making necessary adjustments to enhance profitability.
-Provide product training to sales teams and create promotional content to support sales and marketing initiatives.
