We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, oversee client brand portfolios, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, market understanding, and the ability to guide creative teams to deliver impactful brand solutions.
Develop brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and messaging architecture for clients.
Conduct market and competitor research to derive insights for brand development.
Define brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across all platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for key brand accounts.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into strategic brand solutions.
Lead brand presentations, pitches, and review meetings.
Collaborate with creative, design, and digital teams to develop brand identities, campaigns, and communication concepts.
Review and guide creative work to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor brand performance using KPIs, market feedback, and analytics.
Identify gaps and propose improvements in brand communication.
Work closely with strategy, design, content, and digital teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Provide clear briefs and feedback to internal teams.
Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and communication design.
Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
Proficiency in brand research, brand audits, and competitive analysis.
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Mass Media, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in a branding/advertising agency.
