We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to take ownership of our brand’s positioning, communication, and growth. You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints to enhance brand equity and market share.

• Brand Strategy & Development
• Define and evolve the brand’s mission, vision, tone, and identity.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Identify and articulate the brand’s unique selling proposition (USP).
• Marketing Campaigns
• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, print, influencer, retail, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and visuals.
• Oversee product launches, packaging, and campaign assets.
• Digital & Social Media
• Develop brand communication for social platforms.
• Manage influencer marketing collaborations and UGC campaigns.
• Monitor brand mentions, engagement, and reputation online.
• Market & Consumer Insights
• Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Analyze competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track brand performance and generate actionable insights.
• Sales & Channel Support
• Coordinate with sales and retail teams for POS branding and collaterals.
• Support distributor marketing needs and training.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Measure ROI of campaigns and report KPIs like brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and sentiment.
• Optimize ongoing strategies based on performance data.
🔹 Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG/D2C/e-commerce brand.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
