Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals.
Manage brand positioning, identity, and voice across all channels.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, etc.).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product, and content) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new branding opportunities.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).
Build strong customer perception through consistent messaging and storytelling.
Work closely with influencers, PR agencies, and media partners.
Oversee content strategy to ensure alignment with brand goals.
Ensure brand compliance across all marketing materials.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a startup or consumer-facing business.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital platforms.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.
Experience working with service-based platforms or apps.
Hands-on with data analysis and performance tracking tools.
Ability to manage budgets and ROI-focused campaigns.
