Admissions & Enrollment Generation: Develop, plan, and execute strategies to meet or exceed individual and branch-level student enrollment targets.
Student Counseling & Marketing: Counsel prospective students and parents on courses/programs, and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to expand network opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate admission counselors and executives to achieve performance goals.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the learning center/branch independently.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare, maintain, and submit reports on branch performance (conversion ratios, marketing activities) to senior management.
