Brand Manager

Job Title: E-commerce Brand Manager / Marketplace Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Brand Manager to manage product listings and coordinate with various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, optimized, and high-performing product listings across all platforms while maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)

• Ensure all product data including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and optimized

• Handle catalog uploads, bulk listings, and regular updates

• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for onboarding, listing approvals, and issue resolution

• Monitor listing performance and optimize content to improve visibility, ranking, and conversions

• Track and resolve listing issues such as suppressed listings, errors, or policy violations

• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and changing policies

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, inventory, logistics) for smooth product launches

• Plan and execute platform promotions, deals, and campaigns

• Maintain consistency in branding and product presentation across all marketplaces

• Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or similar role

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify

• Strong understanding of product listing optimization (SEO, keywords, images)

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Prior experience in a D2C or marketplace-driven business
