Branch Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell life insurance products to customers visiting the branch or sourced through local channels.

• Generate leads through branch walk-ins, referrals, and bank staff coordination.

• Understand customer needs and suggest life insurance plans that match their financial goals.

• Conduct product presentations, policy comparisons, and explain benefits clearly to customers.

• Follow up on leads, complete documentation, and ensure timely policy issuance.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers for renewals, cross-selling, and referrals.

• Collaborate with branch banking staff to ensure alignment of sales efforts and joint target achievement.
