Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our branch team. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the financial sector (preferably Home Loans or BFSI), a strong understanding of local markets, and the drive to exceed targets. The candidate must be local to the area, possess a two-wheeler, and have a minimum civil score of 650.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for Home Loan products through direct sales, field visits, and referrals.

Meet individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Conduct customer meetings, understand their requirements, and offer suitable financial products.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of applications.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful closures.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of loan applications.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.

Minimum 6 months of sales experience (Home Loans / BFSI experience preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must own a two-wheeler with valid license.

Should be localized with good knowledge of the local market.

Minimum civil score of 650.

Target-oriented and self-driven with a positive attitude.
