Job Description

A leading stock broking and financial firm in India with a strong presence in GCC countries requires:

Position: Business Support Executive

Location: Thykoodam, Pathanamthitta, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram

Vacancies: 4

Must be graduate

Experience: Financial products sales. Freshers also can be considered.

CTC: 25K-30k/month + attractive incentives + other statutory benefits

Interview mode: Face to face at regional offices

Saturdays & Sundays are Off

Work from office. Personalized customer visit in rare cases to generate business.

General Role:

Execute operations, sales and administration jobs of the branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receiving visitors coming to the Branch.
· Attend to telephone calls & reply to queries.
· Explain about the Company, its products & services to visitors.
· Keep regular contacts with the clients of the branch through telephone calls, meetings etc.
· New Client Prospecting - Through cold-calling, appointments, reference etc.
· Provide financial advice to clients on different investment options.
· Provide investment application forms to clients and assist them in filling.
· Update clients on the latest MF Schemes, NFOs, IPOs etc and updates on market trends.
· Provide after sales service, follow-up and client retention.
· Prepare daily sales report and send to Branch Head.
· Make entries in the Back office of business done by the branch.
· Support branch promotional activities.
· Account opening.
· Account keeping - Pay in/ Payouts, collection of AMC, debtors, branch expenses, and reconciliation.
· Maintain all documents and registers required under various labor laws and laws applicable to the business of the establishment.
· Maintain Records related to rent, electricity, water bills, tax etc.
· Handle routine administration functions.

· Co-ordination with departments in HO & RO.

· Strive towards achieving individual goals and thereby the branch and organizational goals
