Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations for Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Working Capital products. The role involves driving business growth, managing a sales team, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
Drive sales targets for HL, LAP, and Working Capital products.
Develop and execute strategies to increase branch profitability.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through DSA/channel partners, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
2. Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
3. Credit & Risk Management
Ensure proper credit appraisal and adherence to company policies.
Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency/NPA levels.
Coordinate with credit and risk teams for smooth loan processing.
4. Operations & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end branch operations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
5. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and other stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
Key Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in HL, LAP, or Working Capital financing.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling.
Strong understanding of credit, underwriting, and financial analysis.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
