Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the skill education domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing the sales team, and ensuring the branch meets its revenue targets. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

• Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales counselors.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing students.

  • Address student inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure the branch operates efficiently and adheres to company policies.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
