Branch Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Store Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Maintain stock levels, inventory control, and merchandising standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

✅ Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.

• Analyse sales reports and take corrective actions where necessary.

✅ Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Hire, train, and mentor store employees.

• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.

• Ensure a positive and productive work environment.

✅ Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain a strong relationship with customers to drive repeat business.

✅ Marketing & Promotions

• Implement local marketing and promotional strategies.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising to attract customers.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for store-specific campaigns.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail store management.
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
✔️ Knowledge of inventory management and retail sales strategies.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Languages Preferred Kannada, English, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
