Job Description: Branch Manager – Vehicle Finance

Location: Sindagi
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: 4–5 years in Vehicle Finance / NBFC (Mandatory)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Branch Manager – Vehicle Finance to lead and manage complete branch operations in Sindagi and Gulbarga. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in vehicle loan disbursements, dealer network management, credit operations, and collections control within an NBFC or vehicle finance environment.

This role demands strong leadership skills, business development capabilities, and the ability to maintain portfolio quality while achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end branch operations including sales, credit, documentation, and collections.

• Drive vehicle loan disbursement targets and ensure business growth.

• Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers and DSAs.

• Oversee credit appraisal, documentation processes, and maintain TAT efficiency.

• Monitor collections performance and ensure effective NPA control.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Lead, train, and motivate branch team members for performance improvement.

• Prepare periodic MIS and performance reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Vehicle Finance & NBFC sector (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of vehicle loan products and credit processes.

• Proven track record in achieving disbursement and collection targets.

• Strong local dealer and DSA network preferred.

• Good understanding of portfolio management and NPA control.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi (mandatory).

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
