Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

2. Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.

3. Assist clients throughout the policy lifecycle — from application to servicing.

4. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, and personal networking.

6. Provide after-sales support and handle client queries and grievances effectively.

7. Ensure timely premium collections and policy renewals.

8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and service targets.

9. Keep updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

10. Maintain accurate client records and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
