Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead branch operations, manage teams, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall branch operations and staff

Lead, motivate, and monitor sales & operations teams

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Ensure discipline, attendance, and company policies are followed

Handle customer escalations and resolve issues

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Head Office

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years experience in branch management / team handling

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Sales strategy & operational management knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience)
