We are looking for a Branch Manager – Aviation Academy to join our team at Star Alliance Aviation Academy. The role focuses on expanding the student and client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new student admission and partnership opportunities in the market.
Build strong, professional relationships with students, parents, and institutional clients through regular communication.
Promote aviation training programs and services that align with customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training and administrative services.
Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Provide regular feedback and performance insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor’s degree (any stream) with 1–3 years of experience in education, administration, or branch operations. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to achieve targets effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
