Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead and manage the Home Loan sales operations at our branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Home Loan sector, with a proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams, driving business growth, and meeting branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch team to achieve monthly and annual Home Loan sales targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral sources.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/officers.

• Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to improve productivity.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.

• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and company policies.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Home Loan sales.

• At least 2 years of experience in team management or branch leadership.

• Strong understanding of Home Loan products, underwriting processes, and customer lifecycle.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
