Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
· Over all Branch Handling
· Control on office Discipline
· Controlling on Operation Team & Vehicle Movement
· Godawoon Arrangements
· Searching New Customers.
· Finalisation of Transport Rate after HO approval.
· Controlling / Handling Operation, Account, Marketing Team.
· Control the Short Cash Credit / Discount / Short / Damage of Material Received.
· Controlling on over all Branch Expenses.
· Controlling Bill distribution, Payments Collection.
· Controlling on POD & Solve any party problem like Shortage, Damage Etc.
· Preparing Daily / Monthly – Godawoon Stock, Short Credit Report.
· Responsible for Branch Cash & Credit collection.
· Visiting to Clients (Old & New) for Business Development.
· Conducting Meetings and Training for Branch Staff.
· Reporting to Head Office & Seiner Person.
