Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Drive business through direct channel – no agency model

• Ensure daily sales planning and tracking of team performance.

• Maintain strong relationship with walk-in customers and existing policyholders.

• Guide team on product pitching, objection handling, and need-based selling.

• Conduct regular team meetings and sales huddles.

• Provide on-field support to team members during customer meetings.

• Ensure proper lead management and timely follow-up with customers.

• Monitor productivity of each team member and take corrective actions.
