ABF Steel Traders, part of the ABF Group of Companies, is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our Manipal branch in Udupi. The right candidate will have a strong background in building materials sales, a passion for achieving targets, and the ability to drive business growth through strong client relationships and effective market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and boost sales.

• Promote and present our products and services to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Prepare customized sales pitches aligned with client requirements.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

• Prepare regular sales reports and collect client feedback.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 5 to 6+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in building materials.

• Proven ability to close sales deals and meet targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

• Familiarity with local markets in Udupi/Manipal region is a plus.
