Role Overview

We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager with proven experience in the chemical manufacturing industry (raw materials) to lead our sales operations in Erode. The role requires strong B2B sales expertise, customer relationship management, and business development skills to drive growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for raw chemical products in the assigned region.

• Identify and acquire new industrial clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

• Manage the branch-level operations, including client servicing and sales reporting.

• Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Science/Business (MBA preferred).

• 5–15 years of proven sales experience in the chemical manufacturing (raw materials) industry.

• Strong knowledge of industrial chemical products, applications, and B2B customer base.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end branch sales.

• Target-driven, result-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Salary: ₹4–7 LPA (commensurate with experience and industry expertise).
